Inspired by legendary American singer and actor, Frank Sinatra - of Italian parentage, Sinatra's infuses traditional and modern adaptations of classic Italian cuisine to suit everybody's taste, and pays considerable tribute to "ol' blue eyes" and his career. Sinatra's menu emphasises the chef's seasonal approach to the country's signature flavours and dishes and le Roux intends to give all guests a real taste of Italy, establishing the restaurant as a firm favourite among the Cape Town community. All dishes are all made from traditional Italian recipes and rely on only the freshest top quality ingredients, sourced both locally and from Italy itself. The extensive menu boasts a superb selection of starters, both hot and cold, including Zuppa di Pesce and various Antipasti dishes. The main dishes range from traditional Italian pasta, risotto dishes, succulent veal and fillet to delectable seafood specialities.
